Visit of students from Ireland in Krosno

PANS w Krosno hosted a group of students from St Mary’s University College, Belfast, Northern Ireland, on an study placement to work directly with colleagues from Krosno and international students currently studying at PANS. In a long standing partnership between the two institutions going back to 2006, students and staff have been involved in exchanges, intensive programmes, the Erasmus programme, joint research and now this innovative placement funded by the UK government. The students were in class with Polish students on various English speaking courses, visited schools, helped out with St Patrick’s Day events around Krosno and have been keen to get involved in voluntary and community work in the city while here. The three week programme finishes when they return home to Ireland for Easter.
