- English philologist and Germanist. He deals with methodology of teaching foreign languages, English legal language and translations. Author and co-author of numerous publications in Polish and foreign periodicals. Co-founder and former director of the Foreign Language Teaching College in Krosno, and Western European language inspector at the School and Education Board in Krosno, as well as methodologist in the Teacher Training Department in Rzeszów. Sworn translator of English and German. Member of the English and German Language Examination Board at the Marshal’s Office in Rzeszów. At the Carpathian State College in Krosno, he teaches Methodology of Teaching and Practical English as well as Methodological Seminars.
