ERASMUS+ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The following points will guide you through our application procedures for the incoming students in the framework of the Erasmus+ program valid for State University of Applied Sciences in Krosno, the academic year 2023/2024.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1 – Nominations:
We kindly ask all partner institutions to confirm to us by email (adrianna.kandefer@kpu.krosno.pl) their ERASMUS+ nominations/selection of outgoing students. Please, send an email with the data included in the attached NOMINATIONS Excel sheet by mid-May/mid-November.
Please note that the DEADLINE is just for the EXCEL DATA SHEET duly completed.
Step 2 – Applications:
The nominated students should then download the Application Forms:
- Learning Agreement form
- Application for accommodation form
- They also ought to attach a passport or identity card copy (page with photo only).
LEARNING AGREEMENT, APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION, AND PASSPORT COPY MUST BE SENT BY E-MAIL IN SEPARATE DOCUMENTS (ALL SIGNED: NAME SURNAME LA, NAME SURNAME AF, NAME SURNAME PASSPORT) TO

Application forms and learning agreements must be filled in legibly and must have all necessary signatures and stamps. Incomplete and/or careless applications will not be accepted.
Please bear in mind that you can change your subjects when you are in Krosno.
When the documents are correct and the nominated student has been accepted to stay in Krosno, the Letter of Acceptance and the Learning Agreement will be sent to the student’s Home Institution.
PLEASE BRING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TO KROSNO, DO NOT SEND THEM BY TRADITIONAL POST
Step 3 – Confirmation:
At the beginning of July/December, students will start to receive to their e-mail addresses information concerning transport schedules, housing, and other vital information.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE E-MAIL ADDRESSES INDICATED IN THE EXCEL DATA SHEET ARE THE ONES STUDENTS USE ON A REGULAR BASIS AND THEY ARE NOT FROM HOTMAIL.COM SINCE WE EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WITH THAT DOMAIN.
All documents will be mailed to Erasmus+ Coordinators of Home Institutions.
Please bring the original documents with you to Krosno.
