USOSweb manual

What is USOSweb and what is used for? 

Each student have to attend classess in his department, sign up for selected specialization, elective courses, seminars, lectorates, etc. via USOSweb. Each student is obliged to check information there, follow deadlines and rules of registration to classess.

Thanks to USOSweb student can also: 

  • Check the courses that (s)he is registered for with names and titles of their teachers
  • Check his/hers grades
  • Get information about courses tought in College
  • Get information about his/her year of study, required ECTS points, course required to pass specific stage of studies
  • Get information about possible finanicial debts to the College and bank account numer that should be used for payments
  • Check the status of granted scholarships 

How to use USOSweb?

1. Access to the platform via website – usos.pwsz.krosno.pl.

2. To access platform, you have to log in. You can do this on the top right corner clicking „log in”.

3. After you click it, login form will appear.

4. Your login is your private e-mail.

  • Authorization is made by Centralny Serwer Uwierzytelniania (Central Authorization System) and is the same as to the other of College’s platforms. You use one password everywhere:
  • E-Learning
  • USOSWeb
  • E-mail of KPU

6. How to reset password?

  • Password can be reset via website https://password.pwsz.krosno.pl
  • Type your e-mail address there (Erasmus+ students use the address that International Office contacts you) – private address
  • ATTENTION! After password reset, e-mail login will work after 10 minutes. System has to migrate your data to mail server.
  • ATTENTION! E-mail with link to reset password may go to SPAM folder, please report it in your private e-mail box as “this is not a spam”.

To help the staff solve the problem quickly, please include in your message following information: index number, name, surname. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible and all the actions that you made to solve the problem.

USOSweb navigation

Use the top panel for navigation on website. Most information can be found in sectino „for student”.

You can find there:

  • Final grades
  • Granted scholarships
  • Signed up courses
  • Diplomas
